I recieved an email from a customer last night regards to Butter.
Q: What type of Butter does theFigs use?
A: We Do not use Replacement Butter or Trans Fats.
We use Good quality Butter and Non Trans Fats Shortening. That's why the Cost price is higher too.18/10/07

- What is your operating hours like?
Being an online business, our theFigs website is available online all day long.
However our business operating hours below :
Mondays to Saturdays (9am - 6pm)
Closed Sundays & Public Holidays
Orders placed on Sundays and Public Holidays will be considered to have been received on the next working day. And the normal leadtime of 3 days applies after that.
*There will be no deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays.
- How do I place my order?
You can place your cake orders via the email mailto: thefigsmail@gmail.com
Please be ready with the following information when making orders
- Type of Cake & Size required
- Type Pastry and How many required.
- Date of Delivery & Timing
- Full address of delivery location
- Message you want on the cake
- Number of Candles or Age of the Person
- Your Handphone Number
- Your Email address
All theFigs cakes and pastry are "baked-to-order". This means that we only schedule to bake your cake upon receiving your order. Please place your cake orders 3 working days in advance of your intended delivery existing orders. For cancellation of orders Please let us know ASAP, there will be a sub-charge fee of minium $10,varies to the amount of items ordered if orders cancel the day before receiving orders.
For festives products Please order your items 1 to 3 weeks before receiving dates.
For cancellation of Festives products please inform us within 7 days upon ordering dates, or there will be a sub-charge fees of minium $10 varies to the amount of items ordered.
We may occassionally accept urgent orders should our availability allow it.
theFigs reserves the right to decline any orders, should our availability run out.
Confirmation of Orders will be responsed by email.
- Delivery Charges
Delivery to Door step Charges :
Orders $50 and below
For orders $50 AND below, we charge a $10 delivery fee for Island-wide delivery.
Other wise
Small Amount of Orders which can Deliver by at MRT stations. There will $2 only But If it's LRT or NEL line there will be sub-charge.
For specfic location there will be sub-charges according to the location.
Free delivery service is limited to 1 location per order. A seperate charges will be advised should there be additional locations.
Average Delivery charges from $10 to $20 depending on location applies.Orders above $250
For orders above $250, we will waive the delivery charge.
Why there are so many type of charges because theFigs does not want to earn money through transportation but rather truely on the products we sell so thus we only charge the estimated amount of transportation we spend.
